The Associate Product Developer provides support to the Technical Design Manager through basic technical proficiencies and organization. This entails all aspects of our daily operations and functions including development of graphic embellishments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year Fashion Design program with 0-3+} years of Product Development experience
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience with a PDM/PLM system
  • Uses intuition and experience to complement data

Responsibilities

  • Support one or more product categories from design concept to production garment
  • Assist in building technical packages including Bill of Materials, specs, construction, etc.
  • Assist with ensuring category standards in fit consistency through block management, and construction
  • details
  • Assist with fit sessions on live models and processing fit comments
  • Communicate with overseas vendors
  • Assist with daily and seasonal tracking of prototype samples
  • Conduct graphic strike review sessions
  • Review daily and seasonal tracking of strikes. Provides cross functional teams with accurate tracking data.
