Associate Product Designer
About The Position
Join Mochi Health as an Associate Product Designer and play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with our audience through impactful digital ad campaigns, product design, and brand design. You’ll collaborate with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to design assets that are not only visually stunning but also optimized for performance and user engagement. This is a great opportunity for a passionate designer eager to make a meaningful contribution to a mission-driven company focused on making healthcare more accessible and effective. This role reports to the Head of Design.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing design, graphic design, or a similar role
- Proficiency in design tools; Figma, Illustrator, Canva
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, especially ads, emails, and social media graphics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and experience working on high-impact, user-facing products.
Responsibilities
- Branding: Ensure all designs are on-brand, adhering to style guides and visual identity standards. Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to maintain consistency across all digital channels.
- Design Creation: Create visually engaging designs for digital campaigns, including display ads, email templates, social media graphics, landing pages, and banners.
- Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into compelling visual content.
- Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketers, and developers to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts.
