About The Position

The Associate Product & Brand Manager (APBM) plays a vital support role in driving growth for Forge & Flame. This position is an early-career role designed to build core product portfolio management and brand coordination skills through collaboration with cross-functional teams and support of product and brand initiatives. This position focuses on tactical coordination and execution, project support, brand consolidation, data analysis, and learning the product lifecycle under the guidance of senior leaders. The APBM helps ensure smooth execution of product and brand plans while developing business understanding and skillsets for future strategic responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience in brand, product, channel marketing or sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Ability to adapt to continuous improvement and drive change with a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, demonstrated passion for success

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and prepare gate meetings, capture action items, and support cross-functional alignment on new product development.
  • Act as project coordinator for brand consolidation workstreams, ensuring timelines, tasks, and communications stay on track.
  • Pull and compile product performance, pricing, and competitive data to support decision-making and portfolio planning.
  • Assist with tracking product performance, maintaining accurate data, and coordinating updates related to obsolescence, roadmaps, and annual planning deliverables.
  • Coordinate updates to product training materials, internal communications, and go-to-market collateral.
  • Ensure product and brand information is consistent across data systems and sales tools.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of consumer needs, channel dynamics, and competitor products.
  • Share relevant insights that inform product and brand integration activities.
