The Associate Producer will be responsible for identifying, originating, and closing new business opportunities while managing client relationships over the long term. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience with a strong record of achievement.
  • Experience selling professional or consultative services to sophisticated business clients preferred.
  • Proven success engaging with and presenting to C-level executives.
  • Strong business and financial acumen; ability to translate technical and operational concepts into executive-level insights.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven - thrives in a self-directed environment.
  • Strong relationship builder who earns trust through credibility, integrity, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Energetic, motivated, and resilient
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client success.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in consulting, insurance, healthcare, or technology sales is a plus.
  • Licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, or Health.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s full suite of services, systems, and differentiators (comprehensive training provided).
  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across industries.
  • Align technical resources and internal expertise with client needs to deliver customized solutions.
  • Create and execute a business plan with defined market strategies, production goals, and growth objectives.
  • Develop a specialization within an industry or service line to establish thought leadership.
  • Continuously assess and refine business development strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of services in collaboration with dedicated support teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Maintain long-term relationships, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships over time.
