About The Position

Bandai Namco Entertainment America's Associate Producer, Group Titles (Contractor) will be responsible for supporting the creation and validation of master schedules for worldwide, multi-platform releases, as well as for tracking asset delivery deadlines and working with the appropriate teams to ensure content is released on schedule and to the expected level of quality. They will stay up to date with current industry trends andpetitive products and participate in facilitating user research testing with internal and external teams. They will also be involved in reviewing and submitting ratings packets for North American and LATAM ratings. This will be a 12-month long contract. new campus in Irvine, California w a hybrid work schedule will be observed, with a minimum of 3 days being in-office Irvine office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant industry experience and/or project management experience
  • Prior experience producing successful console games, and/or extensive knowledge of current and next gen consoles and PC
  • Familiarity with production, QA, ratings, and release processes.
  • Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills in handling difficult situations with the ability to collaborate on negotiating and rmending solutions with internal team members
  • Ability to support the execution of multiple worldwide project releases, and tfore able to perform under flexible work schedules to deal with worldwide timeframes
  • Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for production matters such as providing support on voiceover recordings for titles and making and implementing process improvements
  • Be involved in experiencing products firsthand to gain a thorough understanding of them and evaluate and identify needs accordingly
  • Responsible for contributing to the creation, maintenance, andmunication of product release schedules
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on matters such asmunicating quality parameters, providing suggestions for new business opportunities, supporting the various internal teams on providing gameplay feedback for uing titles, and coordinating with licensors on required specifications
  • Assist with maintaining project lifecycle management, which includes setup and archiving products, projecting postmortems, performing milestone reviews, and analyzing project risks and identifying solutions
  • Responsible for supporting and approving age ratings submission packets (such as the ESRB and DJCTQ) and for creating and routing revenue recognition packets for approval
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and new and emerging game software technologies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
