About The Position

The Associate Producer will support and execute all a+o photo and video productions across e-commerce, editorial campaigns, brand content, and fashion shows. This role will manage the day-to-day planning and on-site execution of shoots while partnering closely with senior production leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating production logistics, booking crew and talent, managing schedules and budgets, and serving as a key on-set contact to ensure productions run smoothly. The ideal candidate has experience working with photographers, videographers, stylists, and hair and makeup artists, and is comfortable collaborating with agencies and external vendors. They must be highly organized, proactive, solutions oriented, and able to manage multiple productions simultaneously while maintaining brand standards and timelines. This role will partner closely with internal creative, marketing, visual merchandising, and leadership teams, supporting the production process from pre-production through post-production.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in fashion or brand photo production, including on-set experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize needs and keep productions running smoothly.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to lead teams and maintain a productive on-set environment.
  • Understanding of fashion styling and on-set creative workflows.
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving production environment.

  • Experience working with production tracking, asset management, or content management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent productions across e-commerce, campaigns, events, and brand content while balancing timelines, budgets, and creative priorities.
  • Lead day-to-day shoot planning and execution from pre-production through post-production while ensuring timelines and creative standards are met.
  • Serve as the primary on-site production contact for shoots, coordinating photographers, stylists, talent, and crew to ensure a seamless and efficient production environment.
  • Partner with internal creative, marketing, and visuals teams to translate creative direction into executable production plans for both in-house and on-location shoots.
  • Source and book photographers, models, stylists, hair and makeup artists, locations, and additional vendors while helping maintain relationships with agencies and production partners.
  • Support vendor negotiations and manage shoot budgets, maintaining cost trackers and ensuring projects remain within approved financial parameters.
  • Create and manage production documentation including shoot decks, call sheets, schedules, and run-of-show documents.
  • Coordinate shoot logistics including talent bookings, locations, props, transportation, equipment, and general production needs.
  • Manage high volume production calendars, balancing fast paced e-commerce studio shoots alongside larger campaign and editorial productions.
  • Strategically plan shoots to maximize production output and capture assets for multiple channels including e-commerce, marketing, social, and editorial.
  • Track and reconcile production costs, manage estimates and invoices, and support accurate budget reporting and billing.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, and digital teams to ensure final assets are delivered on schedule and meet requirements across all channels.
  • Maintain strong organization and time management while managing multiple productions simultaneously.
  • Support the Senior Director of Production in scaling production operations, improving workflows, and identifying efficiencies across shoots and vendors.
