This role will be based in Novato or Los Angeles. We are seeking an Associate Producer, Sports to work alongside our Senior Creative Producer, Sports across our Sports Games titles. The Associate Producer plays an essential role at the intersection of production and creative, helping guide the production of marketing assets from creation to deployment. In this role, you will help lead production across live-services initiatives, product marketing campaigns, and ongoing content pipelines, supporting both always-on work and larger title beats. As an Associate Producer, you will support and help manage campaign asset creation including key art, social content, trailers, brand design artwork, CRM images & copy, and more. The ideal candidate should be passionate about gaming and sports, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Requirements

  • BS / BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a production, project management, content creation, or marketing-related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and deadline driven.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
  • Comfortable working across a wide range of tools, workflows, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime when necessary.
  • Fast learner, able to quickly learn 2K proprietary software and best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Live-action production and on-set experience.
  • Strong PC and Mac general computing skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Workfront, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder, etc.).
  • Experience working on sports or entertainment marketing campaigns.
  • Passion for gaming and familiarity with sports titles and live content models.

Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with our Senior Producers and Brand Marketing teams to help pitch, plan, and execute creative content across video, statics, copy, events and more.
  • Help lead production support for product marketing initiatives, including ongoing content drops, updates, and seasonal beats.
  • Maintain asset trackers and conduct regular syncs with Brand, Creative, and Video teams to ensure clear visibility into production status, dependencies, and timing.
  • Keep key stakeholders updated on production deadlines and milestones; serve as a reliable source of information and proactively chase answers where gaps exist.
  • Support and coordinate the localization process, ensuring scripts, copy, and assets are properly prepared and delivered to meet all requirements.
  • Work with Senior Producers to QC all assets, ensuring accuracy across spelling, legal copy, ESRB ratings, end slates, CTAs, and technical specifications.
  • Help identify, manage, and reduce project risks throughout the production lifecycle, escalating issues as needed.
  • Support collaboration with external vendors and production partners, helping manage timelines, feedback, and deliverables.
