About The Position

AEW is looking for an Associate Producer, Graphics to join our Post Production Department. The ideal candidate must be reliable, have a keen eye for detail, exhibit a commitment to excellence, comfortable taking initiative, and have a high degree of integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 2+ years' experience as a producer of graphic design
  • Proficiency in grammar, typography, layout, hierarchy, branding, and image manipulations
  • Experienced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom), project set-up, and essential editorial workflows
  • Experienced with building graphics or enhancing templates for assets such as social media, live events, merchandising, and more
  • Ability to deliver polished designs under tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail and able to maintain the strong sense of design, vision and quality throughout
  • Ability to adapt to changes, work effectively under pressure, and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, on an as-needed basis, with a focus on nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Working knowledge of AEW product & talent strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ability to deliver polished designs under tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail and able to maintain the strong sense of design, vision and quality throughout
  • Experienced with building graphics or enhancing templates for assets such as social media, live events, merchandising, and more
  • Create image and design elements for social media, promos, print and more
  • Develop and maintain the top industry standards to achieve the highest quality product for all AEW platforms
  • Ability to take direction to develop the best product for AEW
  • Create arena graphics for LIVE productions
  • Additional responsibilities as required

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
