We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Associate to support Tower’s Procurement operations in Americas while closely working with and supporting the global Procurement Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a procurement or logistics role, ideally within financial services, technology, or data center environments
  • Working knowledge of procurement and logistics platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, etc
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience with vendor coordination, invoice reconciliation, and cost tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to exhibit judgment and decision making skills

Responsibilities

  • Generating and managing purchase orders in alignment with stakeholder requisitions; track order status and proactively address delivery delays or product quality issues
  • Identifying and assessing prospective suppliers, solicit quotations, and negotiate optimal pricing and contractual terms
  • Collaborating with senior procurement leadership to monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements
  • Partnering with Project Managers and key stakeholders to align on technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and execution of procurement activities
  • Coordinating with vendors and Finance to reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate payment processing
  • Supporting data collection and analysis efforts related to cost optimization, vendor benchmarking, and strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Facilitating domestic and international shipments of IT, trading, and office equipment, with a primary focus on U.S. and Canadian operations
  • Collaborating with the Logistics Administrator to oversee the movement of technology assets and support deployments, RMAs, and decommissioning activities across the Americas
  • Assisting global Procurement team members with ad hoc projects aligned with departmental and organizational objectives, including support for global sourcing, policy updates, and system improvements
