About The Position
The Clorox Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Category Procurement for Printing & Specialty Packaging to join our Global Procurement team. The key responsibility of this position involves developing worldwide procurement strategies across $350 million of spend on 125 suppliers for Clorox on a global scale. These materials play a pivotal role in supporting $7 billion in sales spanning all our brands. Within this role, the categories to be managed encompass corrugate shippers, displays, litho laminated boxes, folding cartons, labels, shrink sleeves and paper bags used in Clorox's diverse product portfolio. As a key leader in the procurement organization, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive world class procurement performance, ensure supply continuity, and meet business objectives in cost, quality, innovation, and sustainability. The individual in this role will have the overarching responsibility for overseeing the global scope and will lead a team of three direct reports.
