We are the Global Prestige Beauty GBU, a group of Premium brands within the Beauty and Wellbeing portfolio known for our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our consumers. The €+1.4bn Prestige portfolio is made up of 8 brands within the Skin Care, Hair Care and Color Cosmetics industries. These brands consist of Paula’s Choice, Dermalogica, Murad, K18, Tatcha, Living Proof, Hourglass, and Garancia. Each brand is unique and focused on giving consumers superior experiences within their respective spaces and target segments. For the acquired businesses, we are committed to continue growing this strategic business for Unilever through international expansion of the acquired brands, utilizing Unilever’s scale and network in the markets. • Lead the definition and implementation of the global Contract Manufacturing strategy for Unilever Prestige, shaping the long-term manufacturing network design and operating model across all brands. • Partner with senior Brand, Supply Chain, and R&D leadership to translate brand innovation pipelines and volume growth plans into a fit-for-purpose manufacturing footprint balancing agility, scalability, and cost efficiency. • Drive development of the U.S. & International manufacturing strategy — including supplier segmentation, capability mapping, and future network design — ensuring alignment with the broader Prestige and Unilever strategic priorities. • Serve as the primary procurement lead for all major CM initiatives, including supplier selection, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management to ensure business continuity and value delivery. • Build a strategic supplier base that supports innovation, service reliability, and cost competitiveness; create frameworks for supplier performance measurement, governance, and continuous improvement. • Lead and coach the extended team in delivering against annual cost, cash, and service objectives through structured category management and data-driven decision making. • Identify and deliver transformation opportunities across the manufacturing ecosystem — from process standardization to digital sourcing tools and advanced analytics — to strengthen transparency and efficiency. • Champion collaboration across Prestige brands, driving cross-brand synergies, capability sharing, and alignment on sourcing approaches while respecting brand autonomy. • Represent Prestige Procurement in key business forums and leadership discussions, shaping future strategic direction and elevating procurement’s influence within the Prestige organization.

Requirements

  • Strategic Procurement Leadership: Proven ability to design and lead global sourcing and manufacturing strategies across diverse product portfolios, balancing operational delivery with long-term transformation.
  • Manufacturing & Supply Network Expertise: Deep understanding of external manufacturing models, cost structures, and capacity management, with experience in developing multi-geography supply networks.
  • Commercial and Negotiation Excellence: Advanced skill in complex contract negotiation, supplier development, and value-engineering programs to drive total cost competitiveness.
  • Analytical & Financial Acumen: Strong command of cost modeling, scenario planning, and risk analysis; proficient in leveraging digital analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and Brand organizations; adept at managing priorities within a decentralized structure.
  • Leadership & Capability Building: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams in a high-growth environment; sets a clear vision and builds capability for future organizational needs.
  • Agility & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable operating within ambiguity, with the ability to move fluidly between strategic design and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business.
