Associate Procurement Agent
About The Position
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Procurement Agent to join their team in Hazelwood, MO. This role involves the continuous review and analysis of demand and supply, as well as the preparation and execution of proprietary information agreements. The agent will support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and the documentation of contracts and agreements. A key aspect of the role is communicating performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain as a Procurement Agent
- 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Contract Management
- Familiarity with FAR and DFAR type contracting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
