About The Position

This role supports new product transfers, process development initiatives, technology integration, and continuous improvement projects. The position provides hands‑on engineering support by adapting and applying established engineering methods, conducting tests and inspections, and preparing technical reports and calculations. The role also includes troubleshooting production processes and equipment, as well as providing technical guidance to processing and operations personnel. Monday through Friday 8:15am to 4:30pm

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0-3 years in a manufacturing environment required
  • Ability to work independently with only basic supervision and with a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a multifunctional team environment

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing planning techniques, assist process engineers through seamless transition from R&D to manufacturing of new products and processes.
  • Generate equipment validation protocols and assist process engineers to develop process validation protocols in collaboration with Quality Engineering department.
  • Develop and execute Design of Experiment (DOE) activities to establish equipment, product or process specifications. Generate basic statistical summaries and reports from collected data.
  • Responsible for facilitating aspects of process development for new and existing products from feasibility testing to process automation, as directed.
  • Assist in process development and validation activities (e.g. engineering builds and IQs, OQ's and PQ's)
  • Conduct investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Participate in FAT efforts at vendor sites.
  • Support FMEA & risk analysis evaluations for equipment and processes.
  • Responsible for identifying and researching new technologies applicable to MTF processing environment.
  • Assist in developing training plans and facilitate technician training.
  • Enter clean room periodically, to qualify and audit processes.
  • Assist on special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
