Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics
Active Fellow in Evansville, IN Orr Fellowship Program – Summer 2026 Cohort
Proven ability to work as part of a team
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage your time effectively
Experienced in Microsoft Office suite
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Problem-solver with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Record income/(expense) items and adhere to the terms (allocations) outlined within the partnership agreements
Prepare capital call / distribution calculations & notices
Complete audit confirmation requests
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations accurately/timely
Prepare quarterly work paper packages (BS/SO/TB/etc.)
Assist on various product enhancement projects as requested
Prepare carried interest calculations as defined in partnership agreements
Prepare and issue quarterly capital statements and financial statements
