About The Position

The Associate Private Client Advisor partners and assists Private Client Advisors with a focus on our Mass Affluent client base with planning and financial wellness as the basis of their methodology and will lead with these concepts when providing investment solutions to new and existing clients. Establish a strong partnership with Retail Branch Managers, teams, and Centers of Influence, and maintain strong working relationships with all partners.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience (required)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Experience in financial services or related field (preferred)
• FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) Upon Hire (required)
• FINRA License S7 Upon Hire (required)
• FINRA License S66 or S63 and S65 Upon Hire (required)
• Resident State Insurance Licenses (Life, Variable, and Accident/Health or Life & Disability) Upon Hire (required)

Nice To Haves

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Private Client Advisor in the coordination and delivery of all aspects of investment product delivery within assigned Branch(es) for Mass Affluent clients.
• Be an active member of the Branch team and participate in in-person Branch Huddles and Debriefs.
• Work in a branch environment to provide in-person client services.
• Assist Private Client Advisor in engaging licensed and non-licensed Branch personnel to identify investment referral opportunities.
• Develop a complete understanding of Key Investment Services solutions to support cross-selling opportunities.
• Utilize a consultative sales process and assessment tools to provide comprehensive, needs-based financial solutions.
• Help attain sales production and referral goals by assisting the Private Client Advisor.
• Partner with Private Client Advisor to grow year-over-year revenue.
• Develop a strong Center of Influence strategy that leverages partnerships with the Retail Bank.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits

• Base salary rate of $62,400 annually
• Eligibility for short-term incentive compensation
• Deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance
