About The Position

The Associate Principal - Package Implementation role focuses on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Architecture, requiring a comprehensive understanding of various Salesforce products and data management processes. Requirements

• 12+ years of IT experience with a focus on Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
• 2-3+ years of techno-functional experience with CDP/Data Cloud.
• Detailed understanding of relational database concepts and data model design.
• In-depth knowledge of Data Cloud CIM data model and data management processes.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and accredited certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of analytics dashboard design and digital advertising.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Accredited Professional certification.
• Experience with Datorama and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative solutions to implement B2C and B2B CDP solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Assist in planning and coordination to keep projects on track.
• Design and manage reporting dashboards in collaboration with the implementation team.
• Evaluate and improve existing Datorama dashboards, streams, and reports.
