ZS's Digital and Technology practice success is driven by collaborating with our domain practices and client teams to embed digital and technology assets and innovations in their services and helping them create a harmonized and distinct ZS technology experience for our clients. ZS's Supply Chain & Manufacturing group helps our clients to drive higher product availability at lower costs (stock-outs, carrying costs, and supply chain operating costs) and lower environmental impact through leveraging analytics, automation and process re-design approaches. Our offerings span the spectrum of strategy, advanced analytics, planning and technology to optimize deployment of resources (inventory, network, etc.) while maintaining customer service levels. We seek applicants for an Associate Principal role within our Supply Chain & Manufacturing service space to join one of our East Coast offices. This role will focus on leadership of ZS' services in integrated analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable
• 7+ years' experience in the Manufacturing space in management consulting
• 5+ years' experience in a senior role within a professional services firm
• Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the 'C' level
• Prior experience in Manufacturing Technology
• Strong credentials and demonstrated success in integrated Technology and analytics solutions
• Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge
• Ability to lead a virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects
• High level of motivation and self-starting attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall Manufacturing (including development Science, drug development) growth through expertise, innovation, and collaboration with other leaders
• Lead large scale client business development and delivery engagements in the Manufacturing space
• Lead client business development and client relationship
• Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to our clients
• Develop a strong point-of-view and establish ZS thought leadership in integrated analytics
• Work closely with ZS client teams to lead client business development and client relationship development across our key client accounts
• Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
• Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members
• Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
• Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge
• Possess in-depth business acumen
