About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage public sector and fixed-bid projects – at least 2 large and complex implementations in career. The ideal candidate will be skilled in overseeing end-to-end project execution while fostering client relationships and ensuring successful delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience and fixed-bid projects.
• No more than 16 years of IT experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, especially in fixed-bid environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification
• Understanding of public sector procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with best practices.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet fixed-bid and public sector objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status meetings and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and government regulations in public sector projects.
• Drive continuous process improvement and innovation in project management practices.
