The At Risk High School Associate Principal will be responsible for assisting campus school counselors, At Risk teachers, Student Support Specialists and administrators with identification, prevention, intervention and management of at-risk students as identified by the state-defined criteria. The At Risk High School Associate Principal will serve to increase the academic achievement and reduce the drop-out rate of at risk students. The At Risk High School Associate Principal must act with integrity, support organizational goals, demonstrate the ability to inspire, grow and motivate others, utilize feedback, drive for results and commit to championing the needs of the students, employees and overall District.
