The Associate Principal Architect will be responsible for defining and driving the solution architecture for migrating IVR/VXML applications to cloud-native conversational AI platforms such as Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Google Dialogflow CX, Kore.ai, and Amazon Lex. This role involves designing and implementing reusable IVR components, such as authentication, error handling, and prompt management, to streamline development and ensure consistency across voice applications. The architect will also develop and maintain a modular IVR component library to support scalable and maintainable conversational flows. Additionally, the position requires leading architecture design sessions and creating high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, establishing governance for the development, deployment, and monitoring of conversational AI solutions, and guiding development teams on best practices for scalability, performance, and security.
