Requirements

  • 8+ years in business analytics with 5+ years in managing analytics teams.
  • Advanced expertise in advertising ecosystems and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and BI tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and numerical rigor.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead advanced advertising analytics and tooling through scalable models and platforms.
  • Own and evolve analytics tooling for campaign planning, pacing, and optimization across various media.
  • Drive automation by enabling self-service analytics, reducing manual reporting, and establishing clear SLAs.
  • Deliver performance monitoring through predictive and prescriptive analytics, supporting real-time management.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align advertising strategy with business objectives.
