About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Post-Market Quality (PMS) Associate (Entry-Level) to support key quality system processes, including complaint handling, field corrective actions, and post-market surveillance activities. This role will assist in ensuring timely investigations, accurate documentation, and compliance with global regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of quality systems through education, internships, or early career experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, manufacturing, or aerospace. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build expertise in quality and regulatory processes while contributing to product safety and continuous improvement. Onsite - This role requires working onsite 5 days a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education, internships, co-ops, or project work
  • 1–3 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or regulated environment preferred (internships and academic projects count)
  • Exposure to regulated environments (FDA, ISO, etc.) through coursework or experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with documentation and data entry
  • Basic understanding of quality systems and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis)
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks with guidance
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a regulated, fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with quality standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 820 or ISO 13485 (through coursework or experience)
  • Internship or project experience related to quality, regulatory, or manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to complaint handling and data analysis concepts
  • Interest in medical devices, aerospace, or other regulated industries

Responsibilities

  • Execute complaint handling activities, including intake, documentation, investigation support, and closure
  • Manage customer communications related to complaints, including acknowledgments and requests for additional information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service) to support complaint investigations
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports (e.g., MDRs, vigilance reports) under guidance from senior team members
  • Assist with coordination of field actions and recalls, including documentation and communication activities
  • Coordinate and write reports for Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) activities, including data collection, basic analysis, and report preparation
  • Monitor and track complaint trends and escalate potential issues to senior team members
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready documentation in accordance with internal procedures
