About The Position

The Associate Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income at Altium Wealth Management is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional client service within the wealth management industry. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Services.
• 4+ years of experience maintaining client relationships and providing service in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word; Excel is a plus.
• Prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer-facing skills.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles.
• Ability to anticipate client requests and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between clients and advisors, delivering white glove service internally and externally.
• Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including post-meeting documentation and follow-up.
• Schedule meetings and send confirmation emails.
• Utilize various applications (Outlook, Salesforce, Schwab, TD, Fidelity) to obtain account information and manage client service requests.
• Field client requests and ensure their needs are met while adhering to compliance standards.
• Manage client data within CRM (Salesforce) and monitor for accuracy.
• Process and track insurance maintenance requests for client policies.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
