About The Position

Wunder is building a Modern Energy Company with a vision to address the greatest crisis of our generation by accelerating the deployment of solar energy. We help businesses, municipalities, and schools save money by delivering clean on-site power. Our team has evaluated more than 15,000 properties for solar across all 50 states, holding more than $1 billion in solar assets under management. We are looking for a quantitative, detail-oriented analyst to help evaluate sites for solar potential, drive market expansion efforts, develop commercial-scale solar projects, and aid in structuring transactions. You will work cross-functionally and have the opportunity to improve processes through our proprietary software platform.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with experience in Project Management, Finance, Economics, Solar Development, or adjacent industries
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets
  • Ability to conduct market research and work cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Strong communication skills and a drive for improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in renewable energy or solar development
  • Familiarity with quantitative analysis and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate sites for solar potential
  • Drive market expansion efforts through detailed research
  • Develop commercial-scale solar projects across the country
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to Account Managers
  • Aid in structuring transactions to fit investment and risk criteria
  • Work with the Tech team to encode market intelligence in software
