About The Position

The Associate, Portfolio Analytics at ICONIQ Capital will deliver data-driven analyses to support the company's Growth portfolio companies. This role involves leading high-impact projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing data collection processes to enhance operational performance across various business aspects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Operations Research, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in analytics related to financial and operational performance.
• 2 years of experience with SaaS terminology or KPIs across standard business models.
• 2 years of experience on due diligence projects for private equity clients.
• 2 years of experience building complex Excel models and performing data analytics.
• 2 years of experience conducting primary and secondary research.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in developing personal voice and platform through content creation.
• Familiarity with workshops, panels, forums, and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven analyses for portfolio companies.
• Lead and collaborate on high-impact projects.
• Conduct specific analysis and benchmarking of operational indicators.
• Provide thought-leadership on financial performance, IPO readiness, and GTM strategy.
• Manage custom advisory projects for portfolio companies.
• Capture qualitative and quantitative data through research initiatives.
• Oversee optimization of portfolio data collection and aggregation processes.
• Support the development of proprietary models and data visualization tools.
• Aid in marketing content creation for internal and external audiences.
• Support internal strategic projects including content generation and quarterly reporting.
