We will count on you to: Assess risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to help develop placement solutions tailored to client needs. Implement the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and deliver exceptional client service. Document all activities in the system to ensure timely follow-up by clients, carriers, and the client team. Assist in managing the submission of coverage specifications and obtain quotes from carriers based on the assist, advise, and assume transaction model. Improve relationships with carriers, underwriters, and the client team to provide cohesive and comprehensive client service. Forecast and maintain a basic understanding of changing insurance and risk management market conditions, informing client executives, advisors, and clients of major developments affecting various products and coverage. What you need to have: Strong expertise in risk assessment and knowledge of insurance industry practices and carriers. Experience with placement strategies and client service excellence. Ability to document and manage client and carrier interactions effectively. Familiarity with coverage specifications and the assist, advise, and assume transaction model. Excellent relationship-building skills with carriers, underwriters, and client teams. Awareness of insurance and risk management market trends and the ability to communicate these effectively. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $72,500 to $154,300. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
