As a Pizza Maker, you are at the heart of that experience — handcrafting fresh pizza pies, calzones, garlic knots, and specialty items while delivering high-quality customer service. Your skill, speed, and attention to detail ensure every slice meets the standards our customers expect. You’re not just preparing food — you’re creating an experience. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior pizza preparation experience required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
- Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude
- A passion for serving people and creating quality food
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions
- Prepare pizza pies, calzones, garlic knots, and other pizza items according to Joseph’s recipes and quality standards
- Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks
- Restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness
- Answer phone calls and accurately take and prepare customer orders
- Plate, package, and present items to meet Joseph’s quality and appearance standards
- Accurately package, label, and price self-service items
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Operate pizza ovens, meat and cheese slicers, knives, scales, and other Pizza equipment safely
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
