About The Position
Associate Pharmacy Technician at Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR Full Time / Variable Shift The Acute Care Pharmacy Tech I performs duties relating to the filling and dispensing of unit dose and stock medications from the pharmacy to the nursing units and other ancillary departments in a prompt accurate manner. Fill/dispense oral and IV medications, triaging patient orders and maintaining the integrity of the automated dispensing system. Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Upon hire: Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician Or
- Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacy Technician License
Nice To Haves
- Graduate of a Pharmacy Technician program
- Inpatient experience.
- Previous experience with Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) and electronic health records (EHR)
