About The Position

The Associate Personnel Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of professional personnel work in the areas of recruitment, selection, classification, and employee relations. This position requires a thorough understanding of personnel policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret data related to personnel functions. The Associate Personnel Analyst will assist in the development and implementation of personnel programs and initiatives, and will work closely with other staff members to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, this role may involve providing guidance and support to employees and management on personnel-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two years of professional experience in personnel administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of personnel policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in a public sector or educational environment.
  • Certification from a recognized professional human resources organization.
