Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role involves participating in the delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate financial products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. The Associate Personal Banker will assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. They will receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures, developing an understanding of bank products and services to connect to customers' needs. The position requires interacting with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships, providing appropriate options for bank products and services, and referring customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
