This role is for an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) within Wells Fargo's National Branch Network, part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The position involves delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach, proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. Responsibilities also include assisting customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. The role requires developing an understanding of bank products and services to connect to customers' needs and referring financial needs to other bankers and partners as appropriate. This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include offering/negotiating terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction, requiring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations, including meeting Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z.
