Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for their National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. In this role, the individual will deliver exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. They will assist customers with basic requests like opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications, while receiving direction from managers and exercising judgment within defined policies. The position requires developing an understanding of bank products and services to connect with customer needs, interacting to demonstrate care, providing options for bank products and services, and referring financial needs to other bankers and partners. This SAFE position involves customer contact and duties that may include offering/negotiating terms and/or taking applications for dwelling secured transactions, requiring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results, and individuals must also meet Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO).
