Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for their National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. Responsibilities include assisting customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. The Associate Personal Banker will receive direction from managers, exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures, and develop an understanding of bank products and services to connect with customer needs. They will interact with customers to build relationships, provide options for bank products and services, and refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners. This SAFE position requires customer contact and duties that may include offering/negotiating terms and/or taking applications for dwelling secured transactions, necessitating compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements, including acceptable background investigation results and Loan Originator (LO) requirements under Regulation Z.
