Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. In this role, you will participate in delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. You will assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications, receiving direction from managers and exercising judgment within defined policies and procedures. This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction, requiring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations, as well as meeting Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z.
