This role is for an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) within the National Branch Network, part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. The position involves delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships, proactively reaching out, and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions. Responsibilities include assisting customers with new accounts, service requests, and credit applications, while exercising judgment within defined policies. The role requires developing an understanding of bank products to meet customer needs, demonstrating care, and referring customers to other bankers and partners as needed. This SAFE position involves customer contact and duties that may include offering/negotiating terms and/or taking applications for dwelling-secured transactions, requiring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and meeting Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z.
