Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for their National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. Responsibilities include assisting customers with basic requests such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. The individual will receive direction from managers, exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures, and develop an understanding of bank products and services to meet customer needs. The position requires interacting with customers to build relationships, providing options for bank products and services, and referring financial needs to other bankers and partners. As a SAFE position, it involves customer contact and duties that may include offering/negotiating terms and/or taking applications for dwelling-secured transactions, necessitating compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results and meeting Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO).
