About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join their National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by building relationships and providing appropriate banking products and services to help customers succeed financially. The position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and involves customer interaction, account management, and teamwork to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English.

• Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience through proactive outreach.
• Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts and completing service requests.
• Receive direction from managers and exercise judgement within defined policies and procedures.
• Develop understanding of bank products and services to connect to customers' needs.
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships.
• Provide appropriate options for bank products and services to customers.
• Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
