Total Wine & More is seeking an Associate, Performance Media, to join our growing Marketing team in our Bethesda, MD office. As the Associate, Performance Media, you will develop and execute Display advertising strategies to drive performance, leveraging data-driven audience targeting, media optimization, and creative coordination. This position will assist in advertising projects between agencies and internal teams. Projects you will work on include ad copy, campaign coordination across affiliate, CTV/OLV, display and paid social channels and reporting. This position will report to the Director of Performance Marketing and will support the Performance Marketing team as new opportunities for career growth and development arise.

  • Coordinate CTV/OLV, paid social and display advertising assets including ads, items, promotions, tracking, etc. to other teams, agencies and platforms.
  • Coordinate campaigns with affiliate partners including platform and social creators.
  • Update and maintain store listings across various platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, social media comments/engagements etc.) and proactively suggest ideas to improve performance.
  • Help build weekly and monthly performance reports using data from platforms like Adobe Analytics, Platforms, Looker Studio, or Excel, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing required.
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus in paid social or affiliate marketing preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and messaging.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and broader marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective advertising.
