About The Position
The Associate People Partner is responsible for providing tactical HR support within the PSI Test Center Channel, focusing on the day-to-day employee needs of salaried and exempt employees. This role ensures smooth HR processes across various functions such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance. Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers, the Associate People Partner addresses operational HR challenges and supports the execution of the broader People strategy, all while working remotely in the US Central Time zone with occasional domestic travel to test center sites.
