As part of Genentech People Experience (PEx), the Associate PEx Partner - Program and Insights role works collaboratively within the PEx function and across functions to ensure Genentech is the place where people want to work, thrive, and make a positive impact on society. This role consults on and supports the development of program measurement approaches, maintains these measures, and develops the communication of these measures as well as partners with the PEx Data Insights & Research role on insights initiatives. This role also works closely with People Experience Partners to ensure assigned program success. Collaborate with PEx program and solution owners to consult on and support development of measurement approaches that demonstrate value and inform areas of potential program or solution improvement. Determine and utilize the most appropriate analytical and visualization methodologies to present program, solutions, and employee data in a concise and effective manner to drive decision making and measure key performance indicators (KPIs). Support communication of findings to PEx team and business leaders by regularly compiling relevant information and synthesizing key actionable insights and determining content for program communications to stakeholders. Partner with others through the Genentech People Data Network in order to continuously improve upon data analysis best practices, solutions, and measures, and contribute to the synthesis of a holistic PEx data story for the company and leaders while maintaining accurate measurements of PEx program and solutions through conducting data analysis, creating and updating dashboards, and analyzing survey data. Manage operations for various PEx offerings including budget, vendor management, logistics coordination, systems, metrics, implementation support, program evaluation, vendor connections and other related activities. Partner with People Experience Partners to maintain program content, implement program updates, develop and send program communications, and implement improvements for assigned programs. Act as a point of contact and questions for assigned programs, design and/or manage key PEx events and activities and participate in work teams related to PEx efforts.
