  • 1+ years of experience working in medical office front desk or call center
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in MS office (Words, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Checking in and out, patients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering billing questions
  • Managing patient medical records
  • Direct patient facing
  • Handles multiple phone lines
  • Other duties as assigned
