The Associate, Partnership Marketing will be responsible for assisting the Partnership Marketing team by delivering excellent service and fulfillment to all current and prospective corporate partners. This position will be assigned season-long projects and initiatives to support all Arizona Cardinals corporate partnerships.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree conferred by June 2026 or equivalent education, training, and experience
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of client service, marketing and integrated sponsorship programs
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work in-person in the Tempe, AZ corporate office; business attire required
  • Able to lift 25 lbs
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in non-traditional settings for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs between 25-40 hours per week
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships department and see that current clients receive superior service and complete fulfillment and execution of all contractual elements
  • Assist with maintenance and updating of club's sponsorship inventory including autographed memorabilia, team apparel, and other merchandise
  • Assist with maintaining records of all asset implementation
  • Assist with the planning and execution of Corporate Partnership-related special events
  • Assist with team mascot or Cardinals Cheerleaders appearances by being on site to fulfill
  • Interact professionally with clients, team executives, other departments, and fans at games and events
  • Assist in planning and execution of special events, games and client meetings.
  • Support game day activations specific to partnerships
  • Capture and log proof of performance for partners at games, events and online.
  • Track partnership assets, creative assets and partner materials
  • Activate sponsor-related promotions both in the community and in-Stadium on gamedays
  • Represent the Arizona Cardinals Football Club with the utmost professionalism and integrity
  • Other duties as assigned
