About The Position

Hallow is a prayer and meditation app designed to foster a deeper relationship with God, particularly within the Christian and Catholic communities. Launched in December 2018, the app has seen remarkable growth, with over 15 million downloads and more than 250,000 five-star reviews. The company is on a mission to help individuals cultivate a daily prayer habit and engage with their communities through partnerships with Catholic schools, dioceses, and parishes. As part of a small, fast-moving startup team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that these partners have exceptional launch experiences and ongoing engagement with the app. This position is not just about managing relationships; it’s about making a meaningful impact in the lives of users and helping them find peace through prayer and meditation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing relationships with smaller school partners, launching new partnerships, and identifying opportunities for additional services. You will also engage partners with seasonal marketing resources and community events, while helping to improve the sales process based on customer feedback. A critical part of your training will involve working with the customer support team to understand the needs of B2B partners.
