The Associate, Paid Search position involves participating in the ongoing operations and daily management of Paid Search campaigns. This includes tasks such as keyword research, asset development, report generation, performance analysis, and more. The role requires presenting performance reports while addressing trends, anomalies, and recommending next steps. A key aspect of the job is to gain an understanding of clients' businesses, including their products and services, goals and priorities, and the latest industry news and trends. The Associate will manage budget pacing, IO creation, and daily campaign monitoring, and contribute to strategic discussions by participating in brainstorm meetings with the larger Dentsu team. Additionally, the role involves demonstrating experience with digital marketing by keeping a pulse on industry news and events to identify new ways to grow clients' businesses, as well as partnering with the extended team to build and nurture vendor relationships to enhance efficiencies.
