About The Position

About This Role: Our Outbound Logistics team is responsible for Vivrelle Member's unpacking experience; They are the heartbeat of Vivrelle, handling our inventory and ensuring members receive their orders as quickly and beautifully as possible. We are on a quest to always offer superb member satisfaction, and that is achieved because our Outbound Team carefully packs and customizes items in a luxurious way. This team is our front-line defense to proactively address any potential member concerns.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in the fashion logistics or stocking inventory
• Excellent detail orientation
• Brand obsessed
• Customer-centric
• Can-do attitude and appetite for solving problems
• Familiarity with tech and start-up environment

Responsibilities

• Cleaning Product Before Shipping: We are responsible for ensuring that all products are in excellent condition before they are shipped to our members. This will involve inspecting items for any dirt, damage, dust, or debris, and using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure that all items are in top condition. Vivrelle's reputation is our priority!
• Preparing Shipping Materials & Curating Orders: We hand pack our member orders, build our own boxes, handwrite notes to members and create personalize packing labels. This requires detail orientation and a high level of discretion. We must ensure that all orders are shipped accurately, safely and quickly so that our members receive their items in a timely manner.
