About The Position

We’re looking for a solutions focused professional with strong relationship building and influencing skills to join our team as Associate, Ordering. In this role, you will be issuing purchase orders and managing the purchase fulfillment process. You will ensure accuracy in dealer invoices and support timely payment processing and title and registration initiation. This position offers the opportunity to build skillset and develop process management and communication skills that can lead to other opportunities within the business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 to 2 years business experience
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Education: College/University degree preferred
• Automotive or Fleet Industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders
• Ensure accuracy of received dealer invoices for payment processing
• Manage receipt of Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) from dealers to ensure timely initiation of Initial Title & Registration process
• Communicate with dealers to request MSO
• Communicate with dealers to confirm delivery
• Communicate with dealers to validate payment details
• Complete new dealer setup
• Gather required documents including W9 and ACH banking information
• Support post payment activities and fulfillment tracking
