About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Associate or Experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Mesa, AZ. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Experienced and Senior Supply Chain Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
Entering, tracking, monitoring and coordinating customer material orders and delivery requirements
Responding to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and coordinates delivery problem resolution.
Communicating with and/or presenting to stakeholders (including leadership, customer, and program management)
Collaborating across sites by providing data and feedback for organizational level projects
Leading in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, kits and provisioning products or services.
Leading with engagement with stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, possible negotiation and contracting strategies.
Leading in execution of the supply chain, balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
Leading in performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
Initiating supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
• 1+ years of experience do you have with Microsoft office suite

Nice To Haves

• 15+ years of experience and knowledge of Supply Chain principles
• Bachelor's degree or higher education in a related field
• Expertise with Oracle or SQL
• Expertise with the Boeing Government On-Line Data (GOLD) computer system
