Apollo is seeking a driven individual to join their expanding Institutional Client Group team focusing on West Coast Sales. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing and client support responsibilities, including: Working with sales and product team to provide support on team deliverables, including presentations, data management and bespoke projects focusing on strategy and sales. Coordinating group investor meetings including roadshows. Working closely with the firm's investment professionals, marketing and communications professionals to coordinate thought leadership distributions. Responsible for creating and/or reviewing internal and external meeting memorandums and presentations. Partner with the product team, marketing, and communications to prepare materials for roadshows and conferences. Customizing marketing materials and talking points for upcoming meetings. Compiling market data and incorporating market research into investor presentation materials. Researching various databases and maintaining internal CRM systems with up-to-date investor information. Alongside senior Partner, liaise with existing and prospective investors to help manage the sales process (ex. From prospecting, diligence, close). Represent Apollo in Investor meetings and aid in prospecting and including potential for occasional travel to represent the sales team.
