Requirements

  • Optometry license in the state of Ohio
  • Graduation from an accredited school
  • You are a highly dedicated and driven professional committed to delivering exceptional eye care and enhancing community vision health.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for staying informed about the latest advancements in optometry
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a talented team
  • Strong personal ethics and a professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Primary care, specialty contact lenses including myopia management, disease management

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive optometric care to a diverse group of patients, ensuring optimal vision health for individuals of all ages.
  • Utilizing advanced technology, such as a fundus camera, OCT, and topography, along with several exam lanes, you will deliver accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
  • Fitting and evaluating various contact lens modalities
  • Maintaining detailed electronic health records
  • Ensuring professional communication with patients
  • Promoting healthy vision through patient counseling
  • Fostering a culture of education among staff
  • Supervise the design, fitting, and dispensing of ophthalmic materials
  • Provide coverage for emergency calls when necessary.
