In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, packaging, storing, and shipping products according to all order specifications. You will also be tasked with properly rebinding equipment to appropriate locations within the distribution centers and completing efficient testing of all incoming gear using testing platforms. Additionally, you will log all testing output into our ERP systems and interface with various departments including shipping, receiving, repair, order management, inventory, sales, and sparing. Other responsibilities include answering phone or visitor messages, accurately inputting information into the ERP system (SAP and Oracle), performing daily cycle counts, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, composing routine correspondence using word processing software, and prioritizing sales orders according to shipping methods. You will need to establish priorities, work independently and as part of a team, and coordinate day-to-day work while possessing a wide knowledge of multiple operation departments. Communication of sales order and/or purchase order discrepancies to Transaction Coordinators and reconciling inventory discrepancies as needed are also key aspects of this position.
